It’s a sauce that the asians put on fried chicken that you get from the carryouts in DC. Mostly made of ketchup and hotsauce, every carryout has their own recipe for it. Shit is pretty tasty tho.

Ohhhh so it’s only in DC? I was wondering why I’d never had/heard of it before.

Yeah, DMV area carryouts do it the best. Any other place I’ve been that says they have it taste like crap. 

 So is there really a recipe for Mambo Sauce?????
